Shipping & Delivery Policy
The Digital Product Blueprint is a 100% digital product. There is no physical shipping involved.
1. Delivery Method
After your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, a download link is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This process is fully automated and typically completes within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation.
2. What You Receive
You will receive an email containing:
- A secure, time-limited download link to access your purchased product (PDF guide).
- Order confirmation details.
3. Download Link Validity
Your download link is valid for 72 hours from the time of issue. Please download your product promptly after purchase. If your link expires before you download, email us at hello@growzendigital.in with your order details and we will issue a fresh link.
4. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical items. No address, no courier, no tracking number. Everything is delivered digitally to your email inbox.
5. Didn't Receive Your Email?
If you do not receive the download email within 10 minutes of payment:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Contact us at hello@growzendigital.in with your payment details and we will resend your download link within 24 hours.
6. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Since this is a digital product delivered electronically, no shipping charges or COD fees apply.
