Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing the Digital Product Blueprint. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
The Digital Product Blueprint is a digital product sold by GrowzenDigital. For queries, contact us at hello@growzendigital.in.
2. The Product
The Digital Product Blueprint is a digital guide (PDF) on building a digital product business. It is delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address after successful payment confirmation. No physical product is shipped.
3. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:
- Download and save the product for personal use.
- Print a single copy for personal reference.
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product to any third party.
- Upload the product to any file-sharing platform, website, or group.
- Use the product to create derivative works for commercial distribution.
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the Digital Product Blueprint — including text, graphics, design, and structure — is the intellectual property of GrowzenDigital and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund Policy. As a general rule, all sales of digital products are final. Since the product is delivered instantly and electronically, we are unable to accept returns once the download link has been issued.
7. Download Link
Your download link is valid for 72 hours from the time of issue. If your link has expired, please contact us at hello@growzendigital.in with your order details and we will re-issue a fresh link.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The product is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties that the product will meet your specific requirements or that results described are guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowzenDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
